Rights under FERPA
(a) Right to access

(b) Right to challenge record content

(c) Right to provide written consent

Definitions
Education record:
those records, 文件, documents, and other materials which (1) contain information directly related to the student; and (2) are maintained by the college or by a person acting on behalf of the college. The following are not education records:
